The girls’ Barbies had a fashion show this afternoon, wearing the knitted accessories that Grandma made from patterns in Nicky Epstein’s "Knits for Barbie Doll" book.  (She used Lion Brand Microspun in purple, left over from another project.)

Skipper was a bit jealous that she didn’t get to be a part of it —

    A great pick me up thinking of the girls giggling and chatting as they presented their fashion show. I am looking forward to the end of August and hearing them in person.

    These barbie knits are so adorable. Although I never played much of barbie, I’ve always wanted this book. I think there’s a book2 out already.
